Easy, Fast, Accurate Way To Sight In Your Gun Without Firing A Shot

Projects a bright red laser dot so you can set scopes, red dots, or iron sights quickly and easily. Cone-shaped spud and interchangeable inserts automatically center the laser unit in the bore of any .22 to .50 caliber gun with a 4" or longer barrel for standard models and 3" or longer for mini models. Permanently calibrated with precision alignment tooling at the factory; projects a 2" to 3" diameter dot at 100 yards. CNC-machined from aluminum, then hardcoat anodized to protect the finish from nicks, dings, and surface wear. All models provide 1.5 hours continuous use. Automatic digital circuitry adjusts laser output to prevent brightness fade toward the end of battery life. Mini Universal Kit includes the laser unit with a 650-nanometer red laser, integral bore spud, and four inserts to fit any handgun or rifle up to .50 caliber. Uses 3 inexpensive 393 batteries, included.

Helpful, but not for .22s (01/04/2012)

This really helped with a few rifles, but with no insert for .22lr, it was worthless for the rifle I bought it for. The diameter of the bore sighter is too small for a snug fit in a .22 barrel, so it leans downward. If you sight your .22 to this, it WILL shoot quite low. I tried using painter's tape to thicken the sighter, which helped, but still was far from precise. If they only had a tiny insert for .22lr, I'd love this tool. I would recommend it to a friend as long as they didn't need it for a .22 rifle.

Versatile, fits my .22 up to a .50 (09/07/2014)

This was a gift from the kids for Mothers Day. Very useful tool that will save on lots of ammo at the range. The adapters are easy to use - just a little trial and error to get the right fit for the various calibers. Best part is this one system fits everything from my .22 up to the .50!

same ammo = save $$$ (15/07/2014)

This boresight makes short work of adjusting rifle scopes. Use the reflective target that comes with it, then simply adjusts the scope to the red dot. From there, I took my firearm to the range and was able to make final adjustments. This saved so much time and money on ammunition.

Battery dead in 30 mins. (25/05/2017)

Overall the laserlyte is easy, didn't get the chance to bore sight my other rifles since the battery lasted only 30 mins.

Not sure where to begin with the issues I had with this device. I have always used an âcartageâ type laser for centerfire rifles but needed something different for a 22LR. The arbor is just under .22â and the adaptor for 22 did not have any chance to centering the tool in the bore. 10 feet from a wall the smallest movement of the laser would shift the dot close to a foot. I then wrapped the arbor with 3M blue tape in an attempt to use the laser. It only took one layer to get a tight fit in the bore and then when rotating the tool the dot still shifted a lot on the target. I gave up and just started at 15 yards to get the scope set up at the range. Took a few more shots to get zeroed but shooting is fun anyway.

Note if there was a selection of zero stars that is what I would have selected.

It worked as Described. (11/04/2018)

I had to replace the batteries just a few minutes after using it the first time, but then it worked great on my AR-15. Sighted in Red Dot as instructed, then off to the range. No further adjustments were needed.
