The Superlative Arms patented “Bleed Off”, direct impingement, gas block for the AR15 platform adjusts the gas flow by bleeding the gas out of the block instead of restricting the flow like conventional adjustable blocks. Results: The pressure used in the block is reduced only to the amount required to drive the bolt carrier. The remaining gas / pressure are bled out of the block allowing the system to run much cleaner and cooler. Reduction of felt recoil. Patented adjustment detent is located outside of the block and therefore no contamination. The gas adjustment screw does not restrict the gas flow; therefore there is no erosion or seizing of the screw / no loss of detent due to carbon build up. Although it is removable, we have added a safety mechanism, which stops you from unintentionally backing the screw all the way out. When using SBR’s and / or suppressors the bleed off port allows the excessive pressure to be exhausted out of the block reducing blow back. Descripción del producto
El bloque de gas de Superlative Arms utiliza un sistema de “Bleed Off” que ajusta el flujo de gas al permitir que el gas salga del bloque en lugar de restringirlo como lo hacen los bloques ajustables convencionales. Esto se traduce en:
- Reducción de la presión en el bloque solo a la cantidad necesaria para accionar el portacerrojo.
- El gas y la presión restantes se expulsan del bloque, permitiendo que el sistema funcione de manera más limpia y fría.
- Menor retroceso sentido.
- El detente de ajuste patentado se encuentra fuera del bloque, evitando la contaminación.
- El tornillo de ajuste de gas no restringe el flujo de gas, evitando la erosión o el agarrotamiento del tornillo y la pérdida del detente debido a la acumulación de carbono.
- A pesar de ser removible, hemos añadido un mecanismo de seguridad que evita que se desenrosque accidentalmente el tornillo.
- Al usar SBRs y/o supresores, el puerto de desagüe permite que la presión excesiva se libere del bloque, reduciendo el retroceso.
