All the internal components of the unit are machined from S7 tool steel, complete with black-nitride finishing. The components are housed in an aluminum cassette housing treated with a blue anodized finish, and the housing fits into most AR-15 and AR .308 lower receivers. A 60-degree and 90-degree selector option is available. Midwest Industries warns users not to tamper with the center set screw in the trigger design.
