This is the same rail used to fullfill contracts for the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). Its strength, modularity and M-Lok compatibility gives users the capabilities needed to successfully complete the mission at hand. These rails are purpose-built and feature integrated M1913 picatinny rail sections at the fore of the rail in the 3, 6 and 9 o’clock positions. The Picatinny rail on the bottom of the rail, or the 6 o’clock position, is elongated in this version to accommodate accessories more comfortably. Maximum venting for heat dissipation also dramatically reduces the rails overall weight, while maintaining its same strong and rigid platform. The MK4 M-LOK rail features M-LOK slots at the 3, 6 and 9 o’clock positions as well as the upper 45° quadrants. This allows the user to keep the weight on the rail system down, while keeping the modularity and versatility to attach accessories as necessary. El AR-15 MK4 FEDERAL SUPER MODULAR RAIL, específicamente el MK4 10" FEDERAL SUPER MODULAR RAIL M-LOK DDC, es el mismo riel utilizado para cumplir con los contratos del Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). Estos rieles están diseñados con un propósito específico y cuentan con secciones integradas de riel picatinny M1913 en la parte delantera del riel en las posiciones de 3, 6 y 9 horas. El riel picatinny en la parte inferior, o posición de 6 horas, está alargado en esta versión para acomodar accesorios de manera más cómoda.
Además, la máxima ventilación para la disipación del calor reduce drásticamente el peso total del riel, manteniendo su plataforma fuerte y rígida. El riel MK4 M-LOK presenta ranuras M-LOK en las posiciones de 3, 6 y 9 horas, así como en los cuadrantes superiores de 45°. Esto permite al usuario mantener el peso del sistema de riel bajo, mientras conserva la modularidad y versatilidad para acoplar accesorios según sea necesario.
