The ATLAS S-ONE is the newest addition to the Aero Precision Handguard lineup. Machined from 6061-T6 Aluminum, the S-ONE line of handguards are designed with size and weight in mind, providing the perfect handguard for your lightweight build. Aero's proprietary ATLAS attachment system is a durable and dependable mounting platform, maintaining a slim profile while still providing the strength and stability customers have grown to love from Aero Precision handguards. Actual Handguard Lengths: 7.3", 9.3", 10.3", 12.7", 15" -- Aero Precision rail lengths measure from end to end. This is the point of contact at the receiver to the end of the last picatinny slot at the muzzle. Available in M-LOK profiles with 7.3", 9.3", 10.3", 12.7" and 14.94 (Actual Length 15") options. ATLAS The new Aero Taper Lock Attachment System (ATLAS) is both functional and aesthetically pleasing. It features 2 mirrored tapered locking nuts that provide evenly distributed clamping pressure across a custom engineered barrel nut with use of a turnbuckle screw. A ratcheting detent further secures the design while providing positive registration during installation. By design, the even pressure of the ATLAS system avoids distortion of the handguard often seen with current applications during installation. All hardware mounting parts are included with the purchase of an ATLAS Handguard. Sistema de fijación ATLAS
El nuevo Sistema de Fijación de Bloqueo por Taper (ATLAS) es tanto funcional como estéticamente atractivo. Cuenta con 2 tuercas de bloqueo cónicas espejadas que proporcionan una presión de sujeción uniformemente distribuida a través de una tuerca de cañón diseñada a medida utilizando un tornillo de tirante. Un detente de trinquete asegura aún más el diseño mientras proporciona un registro positivo durante la instalación.
Por diseño, la presión uniforme del sistema ATLAS evita la distorsión del handguard que a menudo se observa con aplicaciones actuales durante la instalación.

Los ATLAS Handguards están diseñados para combinarse perfectamente con los receptores superiores roscados M4E1 de Aero.
