No Tools Required To Lock & Unlock Bipod Swivel

Spring loaded lever replaces the Harris lock nut, provides plenty of leverage to lock or unlock the swivel using only your fingers. Provides a dust and dirt shield that protects the clutch mechanism from damage. Spring loaded lever may be parked against the stock to minimize snagging. Installation requires no modification to bipod. Used by the U.S. Military, NSN 1005-01-495-0843.

SPECS: Synthetic handle, stainless steel mechanism, black, matte finish. Handle 1-1/2" (3.8cm) long. Fits Harris S-series bipods.

La palanca cargada por resorte reemplaza la tuerca de bloqueo Harris, proporcionando suficiente apalancamiento para bloquear o desbloquear el giro solo con tus dedos. Awesome accessory for the Harris bi-pods. A little pricey, but [*] is it simple and effective. I love the functionality of this quality simple enhancement to my bi-pods. All of mine have this and the 'Tanks Speed Screw' now.

I use this on my heavy AR-10 as well as my lightweight AR-15. Works as advertised to level the gun and hold it rock steady.

If you have a Harris bipod on your rifle, you need this pod-lok. Get the knob from Tank's too. Once you have them, you will wonder how you did without.

If you have a Harris "s" bi pod. Do yourself a favor and buy this now! I could never tighten the nut to really lock the swivel feature with my fingers. It still would swivel a little. The Pod-Loc makes it so easy and it really locks it down with no play, when that's what you want. So easy to install I did it in 5 min. with easy to follow instructions included with the Pod-Loc. All you need for tools is a 1/4 inch socket and a ratchet! Do yourself a favor and pick one of these up now.

Great product!
I found it impossible to get the original lock nut tight enough, but pod-loc does to job. It is also resettable so the lever does not get in the way. Product came with good installation instructions and installation was easy.

I whole heartedly recommended this to every S-series Harris bipod owner.

Bipod lock, best so far (07/02/2012)

I put this on my Harris S military bipod on my Savage 110 BA long range rifle. The lever is solid, strong, very well built and will lock the rifle into position with little effort. The lever can be put out of the way by pulling it towards the butt of the rifle and rotated to one side. Much easier to use than the large knob type and more compact than some of the other lever types.

I am very impressed with the quality of this product. It came with very easy to understand installation instructions and was a breeze to install. It does just what it claims Locks the Bipod from tilting with simple finger pressure and unlocks just as quickly if you need to readjust.

This is the perfect solution to the knurled knob on Harris bipods. Works exactly as stated, easy to install, even looks OEM. I wonder why Harris doesn't put something like this on from the factory. You can't go wrong!
